1. About this policy

Moodie: Track Your Vibe ("the app", "we", "us") is a mood tracking app for iOS and Android. You check in with an emotion — Happy, Calm, Anxious, Sad, or Angry — and the app keeps a private history, shows your weekly rhythm, and can remind you to check in at times that fit your routine.

This policy explains what information the app collects and how it is used. The short version: Moodie does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

2. Information we collect

None. Moodie has no accounts, no sign-in, no cloud sync, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs that collect data.

• Your check-ins, custom emotion names, and settings are stored in a local database on your device only.
• No information about you, your device, or your usage is sent to us or to any server.
• We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, advertising identifiers, or any other personal information.

3. Notifications

Moodie can show reminders at times you choose. These are local notifications scheduled by your operating system on your device. No notification data, schedule, or content is transmitted anywhere, and Moodie does not use any push-notification service.

4. Data export and import

If you use the export feature, Moodie writes a file to your device that you can share or back up yourself. Sharing that file is entirely your choice — Moodie never sends it anywhere on its own. The import feature reads a file you provide and restores it into your local database.

5. How we use your information

We do not process any personal information because we do not receive any. There is nothing to use, share, or sell, and we do not engage in any profiling or advertising.

6. Data retention and deletion

All data lives on your device. It remains there until you delete it. To remove all data, delete the app or clear its data in your device's settings. Because nothing is stored on any server, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

7. Children's privacy

Moodie does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children. If a parent or guardian has questions, please contact us using the details below.

8. Security

Because your data never leaves your device, there is no transmission to secure. Your data is protected by your device's own operating-system security.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will update the effective date above. Because the app's design may change, we encourage you to review this page occasionally.
